You could run your own Doodle day competition at school before sending on the doodles.
Last year, some pupils were asked at the end of a class to sum up what they had just learned in a doodle – and it seemed to greatly improve their learning!

Create a ‘doodle gallery’ to brighten up the school hall, corridors and reception areas

You could doodle to music – one teacher said this created her most peaceful lesson ever!

Anyone of any age can take part, and that includes pupils as well as teachers!

Pupils and staff can enter as individuals or as a whole school, part school or class.

You can enter as many times as you like – it just means more money for the charities concerned!

Why not get parents or even your local community involved?

Remember to tell your local paper. They are bound to be interested!

There are no rules about what constitutes a doodle – just let your imagination take over and enjoy yourself!
