Ideas to get people doodling

  • If you're doodling at work, why not leave the doodle cards at reception so all employees can pick up a card in return for their £1 donation.

  • Organise an internal competition for the best doodle done by an employee or member of your group before sending them back to the National Doodle Day offices.

  • Doodle by Barbara CurrieEncourage colleagues to take doodles cards home for their families and friends.

  • Think of some unusual ways to doodle:

    • You could doodle to music.

    • You could doodle in silence!

    • You could doodle electronically and stick your doodle to the doodle card.

    • You could do a joint doodle - every can do their own bit and see what transpires.

    • Why not do a speed doodle - set a time limit, say two, three or five minutes!

But whatever you do, have fun!

Doodle cards are blank on the front for your doodle, and the back tells you how to enter. For those entering as a group or business, all cards should be returned in the same envelope.
